By accessing and using Promope ("we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Promope.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

When using Promope, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Not impersonate any person or entity
• Not upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Not interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not use the platform for spam or unsolicited communications

For Influencers

• All content must be original or properly licensed
• Content must comply with advertising standards and regulations
• Sponsored content must be clearly disclosed (#ad, #sponsored)
• Content must not be offensive, defamatory, or illegal

For Brands

• Campaign requirements must be clear, fair, and achievable
• Payment terms must be honoured as agreed upon
• Brand assets provided to influencers must be properly licensed
• Brands must not request content that violates any applicable law

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
• Promope may charge service fees for platform usage and features
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
• Users are solely responsible for applicable taxes in their jurisdiction
• Promope reserves the right to update fee structures with prior notice

Promope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to use) the platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform
• Any content obtained from the platform
• Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use the platform will immediately cease
• Any outstanding obligations or liabilities incurred remain in effect
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of Promope after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
